Bed bath and beyond customer service phon12/19/2023 ![]() ![]() I got tired of waiting and requested a refund on the third or fourth time I reached out to them. Contacted them around three different time in the course of a week since I kept being told it would be delivered that same day I called or the next day and never got it. I ordered same day delivery two different times. who knows? Not Bed, Bath & Beyond, that's for damn sure. ![]() The web site is a joke, broken and charges up your cards apparently for no order. Called (their Philippine phone center), was in the middle of the call when the rep pushed the wrong button and I went to a recorded "satisfaction survey." Called back, and was told they can't see orders until several days later (used to be 1/2 hour, but the rep said it now takes days, and that my authorization holds (if that's all they are) will disappear before he would be able to see any order. And a PayPal message that BBB has made a charge. Same exact experience: went all the way through the order process, pressed Place Order, and failure with the same broken-English error message (without using the actual word "error". Since it's Christmas shopping time and I needed this item for a gift, I waited 1 hour and tried using the Microsoft Edge browser, and instead of using a credit card, used PayPal option instead. Please try back order again sometime." (Those are the exact, broken English phrases used!) Immediately received a message from my bank that an authorization hold came through. Tried to order an item today online (using Firefox browser), went all the way through the order process up to and including payment, and *poof* the site comes back with "Experienced internal server. Online store charges you but apparently won't take orders Absolutely disgusting how they do business & steal money from customers. I have since filed a police report # I22101897 & filed a complaint w/ Better Business Bureau against this company. They refused to refund the 325.00 as well. ![]() Bed Bath & Beyond waited til today Nov 7th to inform me they would NOT replace the stolen item despite having proof it wasn't delivered. My security cameras show her knocking on door then leaving 3 mins later never delivering the item. Needless to say, the Doordash Delivery driver FAILED to deliver item. If they had asked I would have told them no, I'm out if state do not do same day. Without my knowledge or consent Bed Bath & Beyond changed shipping to same same. Because I was out of state I requested standard shipping & NOT same day delivery. **I ordered Ninja Air Fryer for 325.00 on Oct 11th. I guess if they don't verify it then it "never" happened lol. I do find it interesting that this still hasn't been verified as a purchase after a month. I still will NEVER do business w/ BB& B again over the way O was treated, but I got my oven which is all I wanted. I provided the police report which BB& Investigation Dept wasnt interested in to Corp & had my oven 6 days later. ** UPDATE - After all the back & forth I received a call & email from Corporate BB&B 3 hrs after I filed complaint w/ BBB (not BB&B) & FTC. ![]()
